At KRON, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day easy exchange if you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations.

Conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Reasons for Exchange: * Wrong item received.

Manufacturing defect or damage.

Quality not as described.

Shipping Cost: If the exchange is due to a mistake from KRON (wrong/defective item), we will bear all shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
3. Refund Policy
We provide refunds only in specific cases to ensure a fair experience:

Eligibility: Refunds are issued if the item is defective and a replacement is not available.

Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (as per customer preference).

Note: Sale items and customized products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items on clearance or flash sales.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Items returned after the 7-day window.
5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
